Rhea Lana’s of Hot Springs, a bi-annual children’s consignment event in Garland County, recently received recognition from Rhea Lana’s Franchise Systems, Inc. for growth and excellence within the company.  Laura Crawford, owner of the Hot Springs franchise, was presented awards by Rhea Lana Riner, president and CEO, for growth of the Hot Springs event in 2013, being among top sales in franchises, sales achievement, and the company’s Top Gun award.

“This year Laura received one of the most prestigious awards in our company, the Top Gun Award,” said Riner. “Laura was selected to receive this award because of her fervent commitment to the Hot Springs community, her passion for moms and families, and for the incredible growth of her Rhea Lana’s business. It is truly an honor to have Laura in our franchise family and to call her my friend.”
Crawford began holding the children’s consignment events in 2008 and the events have  experienced growth in each year since, with families participating from as far as Mena, Russellville, Texarkana, Conway, and the Little Rock metro area.
“I have to thank all of the wonderful families that participate with us,” said Crawford.  “The Hot Springs event would have never received these awards if it wasn’t for our consignors, volunteers, and shoppers.  They, along with the awesome team of ladies that assist me, are what have made it successful.  It is a blessing to live in such a fantastic city, and an honor to do business and serve the families here.”
Rhea Lana’s of Hot Springs will be hosting its thirteenth event August 26-30, at the Hot Springs Convention Center, in Hall D.  Families are invited to consign their children’s gently used clothing, shoes, toys, baby equipment, and furniture.  If you would like information on participating or shopping at the event, visit the website at www.hotsprings.rhealana.com.
